PRODUCT INFORMATION
What materials are the plant stands made of?
Our plant stands are crafted from 18mm thick FSC Birch Plywood or vibrant coloured Forescolor Moisture Resistant Medium Density Board, both known for their durability and sustainability
What are the dimensions of the plant stands?
Dimension vary. A diagram for each product showing detailed dimensions is located alongside the photo for that product.
How much weight can the plant stands support?
Our stands are designed to be sturdy and can comfortably support plants up to 15kgs
Are the plant stands suitable for outdoor use?
While they are primarily designed for indoor use, you can use them outdoors if they are properly finished and protected against the elements. Unfinished stands will show signs of weathering quickly and likely have shorter product life. If using outdoors these should only be placed in sheltered covered locations.
Do the plant stands come in different colours or finishes?
Yes! We offer stands in natural Birch Plywood and coloured Forescolor board options like lively greens and yellows, with more colours coming soon. They are all supplied unfinished so you can get creative if you wish!
Can I mix & match coloured pieces?
Currently stands are supplied with all components in a single colour. Birch Ply, Green or Yellow. We hope to allow for mix & matching at a future date.
ASSEMBLY
How do I assemble the plant stand?
Assembly is simple and fun—just slot the pieces together like a puzzle! No screws, glues, or tools are needed. Instruction diagrams for each product are included with your order. If you can't find these click here to download a version

Yes, each plant stand comes with easy-to-follow assembly instructions. If you can't find them click here to access our download page.
How long does it take to assemble the plant stand?
Most customers can assemble their plant stand in under 10 minutes.
Help I can't find the soap?
Every order should have a small bar of soap to help with assembly. Applied as shown in the instructions this provides lubricant which helps slot the pieces together easily. If you can't find yours you can use any bar of soap you have to hand, just don't use liquid soap as this doesn't work and will only soak into the product.
CUSTOMISATION
Can I paint or stain the plant stand myself?
Absolutely! The stands are delivered unfinished, allowing you to paint, stain, or decorate them to match your style.
Will painting or staining the stand affect its assembly?
As long as paint or stain doesn't clog the slots, you can finish your stand however you like without affecting assembly.
Can I customise the design or request a custom size?
Currently, we offer standard designs and sizes, but we're exploring customisation options for the future.
Can I personalise the product?
Yes. You can add a personal message that we can laser engrave into the product. See our gift page here for full details.
SUSTAINABILITY
What makes your plant stands environmentally friendly?
Our stands are made from sustainable materials, both plywood and Forescolor board are materials with negative carbon footprints, meaning more carbon is captured in the growth of the wood material used than is released in the manufacturing process. Our products require no screws or glues, and are supplied unfinished further reducing their impact on the environment. All packaging is 100% recycled and biodegradable.
Are you exploring other sustainable materials?
Yes, we're researching materials like 100% recycled plastics, reclaimed wood, and bamboo for future products.
How is the packaging sustainable?
We use recycled and biodegradable materials, avoiding metal tags, and plastics. All tape is paper based and recyclable so i can be recycled with the cardboard box. See our page "How your Xigglie arrives!"
ORDERING & SHIPPING
How can I place an order?
You can order directly through our website by selecting your desired products and following the checkout process. We don't take orders by phone or email.
Do you ship internationally?
We're happy to send internationally but at present this isn't available to do via the website as we need to check and calculate all shipping and customs duties to your destination and this depends on total order price and weight of goods - if you'd like a quote please get in touch with us via our contacts page.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days, following this shipping times vary based on your location. Within Australia this is usually 5-7 business days. Internationally allow 2-3weeks.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs for Australia are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size. For International destinations please get in touch via our contact page
How is the plant stand packaged for shipping?
Our stands are all flat-packed in eco-friendly packaging to minimize waste and protect your product during transit. This includes robust 100% recycled cardboard boxing, with 100% biodegradable honeycomb paper packing. Click here to see our "How your Xigglie arrives" page.
RETURNS & SUPPORT
What is your return and refund policy?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a refund or exchange. All products must be returned undamaged in their original packaging including assembly instructions for a full refund. Please see our Return Policy for details.
What if my plant stand arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange for a replacement or refund. See our Refunds Policy

Do you offer gift options or gift packaging?

Are there care instructions for the plant stand?
To keep your stand looking its best, avoid prolonged exposure to moisture. Avoid handling with greasy fingers/hands. Ensure plant pots have saucers beneath or are completely watertight. Wipe away any water if you can right away. Over time some water staining is likely but this will not detract from the overall beauty of the product. To reduce environmental impact the product is supplied unfinished, you may choose to seal it for added protection if you wish. Please note clear coatings such as varnishes, polyurethanes, waxes are likely to darken/effect the colour.
Will you be releasing new designs in the future?
Yes! We're continually designing new products, including more plant stands and other tool-free furniture items.
Can I mix and match different colours or parts?
Currently, we offer standard colour options, but we hope to add mix-and-match features at a future date.
Can the plant stand be disassembled and reassembled multiple times?
Yes, the stand can be taken apart and reassembled as needed without compromising its integrity.
Why is there a bar of soap with my order?
The bar of soap is used to help provide some lubricant to make it easier to slot the pieces together. Please see the assembly instructions on where to apply the soap. You can use any bar of soap but you can't use liquid soap this won't work.
Are the stands safe for homes with children and pets?
The stands are sturdy and stable if used correctly. However they are freestanding and so impossible to prevent being pulled over by a young child or knocked over by an enthusiastic pet. They should not be climbed on, stood on, or used as a seat in any way.
