Shipping Information We ship from our warehouse in Sydney to all states and territories within Australia. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 6-10 business days depending on your location.

Australian Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on order size and weight, standard shipping rates are available only at present.

As a guide:

Standard Shipping to major cities in Australia for a 2 Tier Stand is A$10-14

International Shipping  We're happy to send internationally however at present we are unable to calculate shipping costs & import duties at checkout - if you're really keen to have your Xigglie and you're outside Australia get in touch  - info@xigglie.com.au

Allow 2-3 weeks depending on your location internationally.

Processing Time Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST Monday-Friday will be processed the same day. Weekend orders are processed on the next business day.

Delivery We use Sendle courier services with tracking numbers provided via email. Someone must be available to receive the package, or it will be left at the nearest post office for collection.

Damaged or Lost Items If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. - Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
